This is as close as we got to a group shot; the days were substantially shorter, and did not lend themselves to shooting after dinner.

The sunset over Blue Canyon Saturday evening.

6:30am, the camp still in darkness.

Roger, Crew Leader, giving the safety talk before setting out to find the Marijuana Garden Saturday morning.

On the move...

Where the perpetrators (bad guys) made camp while growing the Marijuana.

Beginning the process of cleaning up.  What a gargantuan mess.

Filling up the bags.

An unimaginable mess; the bad guys garbage dump.  The smell was foul, to say the least.

Allen volunteers for the disgusting chore...

...of cleaning it up; two hours later. Thanks Allen!  You may well have single-handedly saved the water table from contamination.

Tying up the garbage bags for pickup by the helicopter.

Devon contemplates the job in front of her cleaning up the food left behind.

Filling the nets for pickup by the helicopter.

Irrigation supplies bundled for pickup.

And finally hauled away by the Highway Patrol Helicopter.

Thanks to the Central Valley Air Unit of the California Highway Patrol, and Mike Brown, pilot of "H-40", the Highway Patrol helicopter.
