Online Trail Crew Registration Information
IMPORTANT!

The USFS introduced a new requirement for Volunteer safety beginning in 2011. All High Sierra Volunteer Trail Crew volunteers are now required to learn about Hazardous Tree safety before they are allowed to register for an event.

Before you can sign up, you need to review a USFS prepared presentation concerning Hazardous Trees, and then acknowledge on your registration that you have reviewed it and that you are taking upon yourself the assumption of risks that it represents.

This acknowledgement is in addition to the High Sierra Volunteer Trail Crew's own Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risks and Hazards. By registering for one of our events you will be acknowledging that you have read, understand and agree to both of these Assumptions of Risks and Hazards.
